If you are looking for a private, womens only, unstructured space to use a spin bike or rower, some light weights, skip rope or just a space to stretch and do some core, this is for you!

Morning Bootcamp (10 Week Program)

If you want to start the day off right and build strength and muscular endurance while the sun is coming up, then this class is for you. Your certified personal trainer will take you through a combination of full body resistance training circuits and cardio intervals to achieve your fitness goals.

Term 1:
10 week program - 3 days per week
September 20th – December 3rd, 2021, excluding the November break
Time: Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 6:35 am

Evening Bootcamp (10 Week Program)

A bootcamp designed for all fitness levels, accompanied by a certified personal trainer to help improve your overall strength and cardio. You will be put you through a mix of cardio intervals and strength training sessions that will push your limits to help you reach your goals.

Term 1: 10 week program - 3 days per week
September 27th – December 10th, 2021, excluding the November break
Time: Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 600 pm

Price: $240 non-member, $150 member

Virtual Student’s Only Bootcamp (8 Week Program)

Do you want to work with a personal trainer, but don’t want to pay big fees? In these virtual fitness sessions your personal trainer will put you through a mix of strength training circuits and cardio intervals that will show you how to push yourself and reach your goals.   You will have access to two videos per week of instructional content and workouts and a trainer at your virtual fingertips to ask questions.  Whether you are working out at home with little equipment or in the gym this program with cater to you.

Term 1: 8 week program - 2 Videos per week
Sept 20th – November 17th 2021 (excluding the November break)

If you’re looking to build strength and get more fit in a private women only setting then this class is for you. Your female certified personal trainer will take you through a series of strength training circuits and cardio intervals to push you to reach your fitness goals.

September 18th – December 1st, 2021, excluding the November break

Time: Mondays @ 6:30 pm & Wednesdays @ 6:30

Our state of the art fitness facility operates out of the College of Kinesiology Physical Activity Complex (PAC) and houses 80+ pieces of cardio equipment, a fit studio, free weights, weight machines and a 40 ft climbing wall. We provide an opportunity for you to improve and maintain your health by creating a fun, friendly, and invigorating atmosphere.
