Cardio Kickboxing

  1. Class size is limited to allow for physical distancing.
  2. To guarantee a spot, you MUST register online.
  3. Classes start on time. Please do not enter the classes late as it disrupts the entire class.
  4. Women's only Power Ed and Power Ed occur at the Education Balcony, all other classes will be at the PAC.

Class Descriptions

Barre
A full body workout of athletic conditioning. It combines high-energy, low-impact, fat-burning exercises to create strength, flexibility, and a balanced body. Using a combination of the ballet barre, Pilates balls, free weights and bands focusing on precision and technique to avoid injury.

Body Blast
This class combines cardiovascular and resistance exercises in an interval format to give you a complete workout in one. No choreography to learn and all exercises can be modified for participants of all levels. 

Cardio Dance
High-energy, fun and easy to follow, this dance-focused cardio workout is perfect for all fitness levels. If you love music, groovin' and movin', this class is for you! No dance experience necessary.

Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is a high energy, fun cardio & strength class that is guaranteed to give you a good workout! Cardio kickboxing incorporates stand up combat sports with cardio drills to create a one-of-a-kind workout! Choreographed to music, each track will keep you moving, keeping a balance between cardio, sculpt and core strength. Recommended for all fitness levels.

Cardio & Sculpt
This is your all-in-one class! A mixture of cardiovascular conditioning using the spin bikes, agility and plyometrics combined with muscle sculpt using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, plates, and your own body weight. 

Fitness Yoga
These classes will take you to the next level in the body/mind connection.  The physical demand is greater than a traditional yoga class with a focus on core strength and flexibility while you move continuously from one pose to another.

PIYO
Is a music driven, low impact, high intensity, dynamic workout that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga. Body weight is used to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves. You’ll sweat, stretch and strengthen all in one challenging PiYo class.

POUND®
POUND® combines cardio, Pilates, isometric movements and plyometrics with constant simulated drumming – all to loud, kick-butt music.

Power PAC’d and Power ED
These classes are athletic conditioning classes led by certified personal trainers. With no set moves or choreography, this high-intensity class includes a combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercises using all the equipment that our fitness facilities have to offer.

Sculpt
Tone your muscles and build all-over strength in this class using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, bars and your own body weight. This class focuses on using proper technique to safely get a full body sculpting workout. 

Spin
Designed to improve your aerobic power, spin will help you burn tons of calories while toning and strengthening your legs. Each workout is driven by YOU!

Spin & Core
Don’t have time to do an hour of cardio and an hour of core, this class is for you!

Step
Step aerobics is a fun, choreographed and up-tempo way to get your heart pumping and stay fit. Combining choreography and an adjustable step, you will challenge both your mind and your muscles. The moves target your legs, upper body, and core, building strength and flexibility. You’ll leave this class feeling energized and sweaty!

Yoga
Yoga is believed to be one of the most gentle, yet effective forms of exercise for the body and also for the mind. This class will help you become aware of the connection between the mind and body while giving you a gentle but effective workout using stretching and breathing exercises. You will leave the class feeling relaxed, de-stressed and healthy. 

Yoga for Healthy Backs
Using special props, you will be guided through a series of gentle postures and movement that focus on the skeleton. Feel the tension releasing from the neck, shoulders, upper and lower back and hips. Healthy movement patterns are created by increasing mobility. This class is ideal for anyone suffering from pain, tension, stress and anyone that has a BACK!

Yoga Nidra
A sleep-based meditation that uses a series of breath, body and awareness techniques to optimize physical restoration and help relieve stress.

Yoga with Meditation
The first half of this class will include basic yoga postures to help improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, and relax the body. A guided meditation is led during the second half of the class. Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation that uses a series of breath, body and awareness techniques to optimize physical restoration and help relieve stress.

Woman’s Only Power Ed
It follows the same design as a typical Power Ed class but is specifically for women in a private setting at the Education balcony.

Woman’s Only Yoga
It follows the same design as a typical yoga class but is specifically for women in a private setting.

Yoga Sculpt
A challenging, yoga-inspired class that works to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance. This class includes traditional flowing yoga poses along with the addition of optional light weights and high-intensity body weight fitness moves to raise heart rate, increase calorie burn and build lean muscle. Yoga is one of the best things that can be practiced to increase overall health, on both a physical and mental level. Yoga Sculpt provides fitness devotees a little extra within their workout week, whether it is more sweat or just a chance to just mix things up.

Zumba
Love Latin music and dancing? Zumba is a high energy, Latin-dance inspired fitness class.  You’ll learn the four main rhythms Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton in addition to other world rhythms, in a fun, supportive, outdoor environment.  This class is good for all levels of dance experience.
