Fitness Class Schedule

COVID-19 Outdoor Fitness Classes

Scheduled times begin September 9 until weather permits.  No classes on stat holidays. All patrons will be required to register ONLINE for fitness classes. No drop-ins will be accepted.

Online registration for classes opens 3 days in advance and closes 60 minutes before the start time.

All classes will meet at the Education tennis courts and are weather permitting (classes will be cancelled via email).

  1. Class size is limited to 20 participants to per class.
  2. All classes will be meet at the Education Tennis Courts.
  3. Classes start on time. Please do not enter the classes late as it disrupts the entire class.
  4. Free for registrants with a valid employee, student or membership card.
  5. All patrons MUST register online to secure their spot. No drop-ins will be accepted.

Class Descriptions

Cardio Bootcamp
This perfect blend of high intensity interval training and body weight training will strengthen and transform your body! This outdoor cardio bootcamp class combines Tabata and strength-training blocks to increase the heart rate and build a strong core.  This class is good for all levels of fitness and is open to anyone with a student, PAC member or staff card.

Bodyweight Bootcamp
This class combines elements of bodyweight strength training and conditioning to push you to your personal limits.  Our instructors’ creativity and variety of movements will bring out your inner athlete and keep you coming back for more.  This class is good for all levels of fitness and is open to anyone with a student, PAC member or staff card.

Zumba
Love Latin music and dancing? Zumba is a high energy, Latin-dance inspired fitness class.  You’ll learn the four main rhythms Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton in addition to other world rhythms, in a fun, supportive, outdoor environment.  This class is good for all levels of dance experience and is open to anyone with a student, PAC member or staff card.

Yoga
Yoga is believed to be one of the most gentle, yet effective forms of exercise for the body and also for the mind.  This outdoor yoga class will help you become aware of the connection between the mind and body while giving you a gentle but effective workout using movement to warm the body in addition to stretching and breathing exercises.  You will leave the class feeling relaxed, de-stressed, and healthy.  This class is good for all levels of experience and is open to anyone with a student, PAC member or staff card.
