How to register

Spring and Summer 2024 registration is now open!

Online

We offer a safe and secure online registration system.

  1. Browse courses
    You can browse courses by category or search quickly for courses by entering keywords. See tips below if you are having trouble finding what you are looking for.

  2. Sign in
    New users to Recreation Services (or if you don't have an NSID) will need to create an account before you can log into our online registration system. Once you create an account, you must activate your account via the link that will be sent to your email. Please log into your existing account through the sign in page and add your dependents under your profile.

  3. Add to your cart 
    Add the classes you want to purchase to your cart. Continue shopping for additional classes, or proceed to checkout.

  4. Checkout
    Complete your purchase by completing the credit card and billing information. Print the confirmation page for your records. We accept all major credit cards.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards.

Refund Policy

Before the Program Begins: 

  • 100% of the program fee less a $30 processing fee will be provided if notice of withdrawal is received more than 7 business days prior to the start date of the program.
  • 50% of the program fee will be refunded if notice of withdrawal is received 7 business days or less prior to the start date of the program.
  • A $20 transfer fee will be charged if you choose to transfer to another program or date.

After the Program Begins:

  • No refunds or credits will be issued on or after the start date of any program except for medical reasons (doctor’s note required).
  • Refunds/credits are not given for any classes you choose not to attend.

 Non-attendance does not constitute as notice of withdrawal.

Registration Tips

We encourage you to prepare for registration dates in advance by viewing class and program offerings online and setting up your account.  Please review your contact information each season and contact us before registration opens with any updates or changes.  This will ensure you are ready to register online when classes open.

Can’t find the lessons you are looking for? Please ensure that under courses the Currently Viewing tab reflects the season you are interested in – Winter, February Break, Easter Break, Spring, or Summer.

Parking Passes.
Registered online? If you/your class are eligible to receive a parking pass and you did not remove it from your shopping cart before completing your online registration, your parking pass can be picked up in PAC 222.

You should receive an email confirmation of your bookings. If you are unable to locate the email and the information about your registration, please contact USask Rec and we will address your concern within 2 working days.  Please call if your request is urgent.
